  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    100% prepayment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to arrival date are subject to a full refund issued to the original form of payment. Cancellations made 5 days or less from the arrival date will result in a 1 night deposit plus a 50% charge for any unused night.

  • What amenities are provided in the rooms?

    Every room is equipped with a smart TV (no cable), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is available anytime after 3:00PM. Early check-in may be requested for an additional fee of $25, subject to availability. Check-out time is 11:00AM. Late check-out may be requested, subject to availability.

  • Is there a 24-hour reception desk?

    Yes, our hotels offer 24-hour in person/remote customer service to assist guests at any time of day or night.

  • How will I receive Check in instructions?

    Guests received this information through the third-party platform that they used to book the reservation. If Airbnb, please check the Airbnb app. If Booking.com or direct, please check text messages and email.
